Our current 3D Architect team and the one we’d in the
initial stages are as different as chalk and cheese – both in quality and
quantity and also in terms of projects too.
In the past few days, 7 more experienced 3D professionals
have joined our company to raise the strength by 80. Honestly, we need these
extra seven 3D artists more than they need us.
With growing number of clients, more deadlines to meet, and
more complexity and variety of projects to handle…we cannot go through all this
without an increase in manpower.
Some of these new professionals bring with them wealth of
experience, new ideas, new way of doing things, new approach to problems…which
are necessary ‘investments’ that have
gone into making the 3D team more productive and more richer.
The growth of the 3D team has helped us to create - not just
one - but several pools of skill sets.
In the initial stages, a few years back, we just did not
have the luxury of the current skill sets. Our few employees were overworked
since they’d to handle everything and meeting deadlines was bit of a
problem…but thankfully we did not lose a single client because of that. What
really worked in our favour was the quality of work we had delivered –
precisely in keeping with our client’s requirements. Our clients were mighty
impressed!
Coming back to our pools of skill sets, the advantage here
is that we can leverage it to handle all kinds of ‘quirks and peculiarities’
demanded of us by our esteemed clients (and this is indeed very common esp.
when it comes to adding more and more features to Exteriors, Interiors,
Landscapes, etc.). And many of these
‘quirks’ can sometimes get on your nerves…you may almost feel like screaming
out…but they really require some smart, sharp and creative thinking in terms of
solutions. And we, fortunately, have people in our 3D team to do this kind of
thinking.
